EmcArts is proud to present our next series of public webinars: How do we lead, now? A four-part webinar series on Adaptive Leadership within Organizational Change.

This series is geared towards practitioners and leaders in the arts and cultural sectors and focuses on the fundamental tenants of Adaptive Leadership in organizations and how they go hand-in-hand with adaptive change work within the arts and cultural sector. In a world where individuals, organizations, and communities face rapidly changing circumstances and uncertainty, adaptive leadership is vital in developing the adaptive capacity of organizations as they respond to complex challenges. You have likely engaged with many of these principles already – this series offers a framework and shared language to ground your work and help to navigate challenges which you might face within your organization.

Each 60-min interactive webinar will be led by Managing Director Melissa Dibble and will feature organizational leaders and special guests who have successfully engaged innovation and adaptive change in the arts. the fundamental tenants of Adaptive Leadership in organizations and how they go hand-in-hand with adaptive change work within the arts and cultural sector.
